Use the Forgot Password option on the Account page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Steps: Open account tab, Click on the settings button on bottom. After clicking on the settings button, settings panel will open on right side. Scroll down all the way to bottom until you see " Security ". Under the security title you'll see the option called " Password ". Clicking on that will open the option to reset the password.
NOTE : SPI stores only essential account details needed for login, verification, and account support. Every user's passwords are saved in hashed format, So only you'll know the password you created, not even the website's database knows the password, because the password is stored in random format ( numbers, letters, symbols combination ). Every account is given with a its own SPI account numbers. Which will be used for studios growth, learning, etc.... Which means your personal information is secure with our security.
