All rights not expressly granted remain exclusively reserved by Stellar Pulse Interactive.
5. Copyright Protection:
All original works published by Stellar Pulse Interactive are protected under applicable copyright laws.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce content.
- Republish content.
- Redistribute content.
- Sell copies of content.
- Create derivative works.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Modify proprietary assets.
- Claim ownership of SPI content.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action, account termination, content removal, and monetary damages where permitted by law.
6. User Generated Content:

By submitting content, you grant Stellar Pulse Interactive a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, adapt, archive, and incorporate such content for business, development, promotional, security, operational, educational, and commercial purposes.
7. Prohibited Conduct:

8. Community Standards:
Users must maintain respectful conduct when interacting with SPI services and community platforms.
Content containing harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, spam, fraud, illegal activity, malware, explicit abuse, or harmful behaviour may be removed without notice.
Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action.
9. Purchases and Digital Products:
Any purchases made through Stellar Pulse Interactive may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Digital products, downloadable content, memberships, subscriptions, merchandise, and other offerings may have separate licensing terms.
Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are generally considered final.
